2. Accuracy & changes

We verify product terms against public issuer disclosures with dated checks, but issuers change terms without notice. You must verify current terms at the issuer before applying. CardPath is not liable for losses arising from reliance on outdated information.

3. Quiz results

Quiz matches and approval-odds estimates are derived from publicly available criteria. They are directional estimates, not decisions. Applying for credit involves the issuer's underwriting, hard inquiries, and their own approval standards.

4. Intellectual property

Card names, logos, and product designs are trademarks of their respective issuers, used here for identification under editorial reference. Card visuals on this site are original generic illustrations, not reproductions of issuer products.
